Story
For me, being another “statistic” to mental health… Being hospitalised numerous times…Undertaking treatments I previously only ever read about… Being diagnosed with conditions, I could never before fathom…
Fortunately, this has paved the way for my passion of fighting against that stigma.
At some point in our lives, many of us will go through or witness a traumatic event - something shocking, distressing, or dangerous. These events can challenge our ability to cope and change how we understand the world.
Mental health is a state of mental well-being that enables people to cope with the stresses of life, realise their abilities, learn well and work well, and contribute to their community. It is an integral component of health and well-being that underpins our individual and collective skills to make decisions, build relationships and shape our world.
Please take the time to donate toward this legendary cause, “LEGACY”, that helps so many regardless!!!
